i’ve been betting and gambling with 1xbet.com for a while now (3-4 years maybe more)
and i think im among the top gamblers with over millions of dollars bet and lost .
1xBet closed my account due to some problems we have faced before (verification , complaints and stuff) , without any notification or any response .
i would like to ask 1xBet , 1.why they closed my account? , 2.are you going to open my account per my request?
and there is another request based on my latest activity , i have deposited near 1.3M dollars and lost in 1-2 nights , 3.why 1xBet didn’t provide any protection for trouble gamblers at that point? , and 4.why they provide services to people where betting is illegal even after verification …
I mean you have TC which states you will not work with people from certain countries , and after registration and providing my documents , why did you accept me (which is against your own rules) , you have no right to accept people from the restricted countries of your own TC , do you have a gambling license in IRAN?
so i offer something , i lost a lot , maybe you can consider a favor to your loyal , Old customer for many years , to refund a part of what i lost and we can consider that a good resolution …
I’m waiting for 1xbet to answer my four questions and even consider a partial or full refund cause my life is totally ruined after those 1-2 horrible nights !
