My complaint:

I was advised to use your company as I was going to buy a property, this was my first time in buying a house so I used your company as my mortage broker (05.01.2022).

I had passed all my relavant information over proof of id, payslips, bills ect. Once all forms were completed and my person information was sent over to my shock.

*** had informed me that my mortage application had been declined(10.02.2022) without any information given to me why this has happend. I was advised by *** to do a full credit check and nothing came up negative.

I then found another broker who I had to pay to get me a mortage. Once I secured my mortage I noticed that my Help to buy form was filled out incorrectly by ****.
I have email conversations and documentation to back up my claims.

Suggested solution:

I am only looking for what I had to pay to obtain another mortage which is £1200.
