My complaint:
I purchased lottery tickets last week there, today I went to cash them in for 17.00$ and the cashier said the owner told him to refuse to cash any lottery tickets until they sell the rest of the tickets they have on hand. I’m not sure if this is a legal act, but it doesn’t seem right.
Suggested solution:
Maybe educate the owner on the laws of RI and lottery tickets. I feel it was very unfair
