My complaint:
My domain with 123reg was due for renewal. It was set for automatic renewal. I received an email from 123reg saying my payment method had failed. It was set to PayPal. I logged in and paid on 123reg website.
I then see they took another payment renewing for another 2 years to 2029. I was duped into this.
They will not refund the second payment
Suggested solution:
Refund one of the payments.
