My complaint:
i keep receiving invoices from crown crest for items on my enbridge bill called ‘ charges from other companies’ – furnace, air conditioner etc which i have proof that i bought these out. this proof was sent to crown crest and the better business bureau. simply put my enbridge bill was $860 before the buy-outs and is now just over $100. i notice crown crest keeps changing their name, is not affiliated with the BBB, is a one star out of 5 company, has had 54 complaints in the last 3 years. i unwittingly paid the first 5 invoices totalling$805 despite my enbridge bill being approx$100 with everything bought out. i sent a complete package of documents to the BBB and crown crest. i have been to the york regional police.
Suggested solution:
i want no further contact with this company, and a refund of the $805 that i was scammed. also iwant crown crest to know that should they send me one more invoice or have any connection with me i will return to york regional police and have them charged with criminal harassment and internet fraud.
