My complaint:
Purchased 3 packets of 20 John player Superkings menthol cigarettes. Got them home and they are not menthol cigarettes. Packaging right but not content. Returned to shop and they will not accept them. Paid $29 a packet! Joke!
Suggested solution:
Replace them!
