My complaint:
Purchased 3 packets of 20 John player Superkings menthol cigarettes. Got them home and they are not menthol cigarettes. Packaging right but not the content. This has happened quite a few times now. It is disappointing as i have smoked these for years now and even sometimes buy other brands to try and avoid the situation happening again which is a shame.
Suggested solution:
A replacement of some sort
