After being a loyalty customer since 2018 I\u2019m being met with rudeness and being disregarded because of a system or employee error in which they refuse to take responsibility for . Since the beginning I\u2019ve signed up with auto pay and textapp notification to assure that my financial obligation were met .<\/p>\n
Now with all of it in place , somehow it failed leaving me being penalized at the company and state level for non payment resulting in cancel insurance,fees,and rate increases . This is not right . Hopefully this review will fall on someone\u2019s desk that could assist with a resolution to this matter , thank you.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
