My complaint:
Worst delivery experience ever from the Dominos Pizza on Livingston Road in Fort Washington, MD 20744
I ordered two pizzas online at 7:57pm and followed the Domino’s Tracker and it showed that my pizza was in quality control (QC) at 8:09pm. It stayed in QC until 8:50pm? 41 minutes? Why such a long QC? I added a note in my online order to ring the doorbell and of course the delivery person did not ring the bell when it arrived, even though the person got a tip from me in advance as that was the only time that I could add a tip (won’t do that again.) The delivery person left two pizza boxes on the wet ground as it had been raining and they were left without a bag so the boxes were wet and any rodents or insects could crawl in the boxes? When I retrieved the pizzas they were completely ice cold? What in the world is going on with this delivery service? I went to the Yelp! page for this store and it shows 2 stars out of 5 with 28 reviews and almost all of the ratings were 1 out of 5, with the same response as my own? This goes hands down as the worst delivery experience I have ever had and I will certainly not be a repeat customer. I will spend your hard money elsewhere!
Suggested solution:
Free pizza for starters, or shut them down if they continue in this manner! We could use a better pizza delivery service in our neighborhood.
