My complaint:

We own Paul Ashton Estate Agents and we ordered a washer dryer for one of our new tenants in Cranstone Lodge from the Argos Store in Apsley. We had a 3 day express delivery and was due to arrive on the Friday. We also gave our mobile number and said if they got lost to give us a call. Our tenant sat in all day but they never came to deliver, no call nothing. We called that evening on the 0845 costing us where we held on for at least half an hour. We were given all the bull and were promised to be called back, guess what no call. This went on for over a week and finally i lost the plot and would not come of the phone until i spoke with a manager. Yet again i got all the bull and was told there would be up to a two month wait now even though it was their fault. This was not good enough so i finally got a delivery date for today . I got a text at 11.03 pm telling me it was coming to our work address at 7am and to be here. Well what a total shambles and a waste of time. It arrived at 8.30am and they had gone and charged us for fitting and removal of old appliance. Are they having a laugh or what. NEVER EVER GO WITH ARGOS THEY LIE AND CHEAT AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAY FOR……..
