My complaint:

I have ordered 5 pizzas (Order No 106) on ( 27th August ) form Dominos Store (4953, Franklin Park, NJ, 08823). It has taken 58 minutes to deliver the order even the pizza had ready after 22 minutes. We got very cold pizza even no one can eat that easily. This happened the second time. But last time I haven’t even complained about it. We also contacted the store manager because the app was showing that pizza has been delivered. So, even the store manager told me to wait for pizza. This is really disappointing. I just have one question we are really paying for that cold bread. Store manager talks in a way that he doesn’t have any respect for customers. We were waiting for almost an hour for pizzas. This is the service you guys are providing. I hope at least this email will help me to consider my complaint.
I have already complained to customer care but did not receive any response.

I would like to get same order or else refund for the complete order.
