My complaint:
I have been going back-and-forth with Planet seven for the last week trying to get my account verified once I accumulated a $5000 amount in winnings they told me that they cannot verify my account due to my ID expiring within a month. My ID is valid my drivers license is valid they’ve been verified they won’t except them I verified five or six different credit cards through them but yet they won’t pay me out since I have been waiting I haven’t deposited anything else and I have yet to hit anything big and I’m down to about 2500 left they still will not except my ID for verification or a drivers license or social or birth certificate I’m fed up with Planet seven I’ll just want to get paid
Suggested solution:
As far as resolving my complaint I feel as if they should pay me out the amount of funds that I originally intended on cashing out at the beginning of my issues which was $5000. Between the back-and-forth the he hauling the shutting me down off of the chat to acting like they are managers to playing as if they are a supervisor after I ask them for management I think that’s the least that they could do
