My complaint:
I lost my card on December 10th. I had to wait for a new card to come in the mail. It never arrived. I called and let Green Dot know. I was told they’ll send another one but I won’t receive it until January 2nd. I told Green Dot I need my money sooner because my family won’t have Christmas. They informed me that I can get another Green Dot card and they can do a one time courtesy transfer. I did that. When I called them back, Green Dot informed they won’t do that. Now my family won’t have Christmas
Suggested solution:
Resolve it by transferring my money to the new card.
