My complaint:
I accidentally made a $700 payment to an individual using CashApp instead of $70. The person refused to reverse the payment and I did not receive the item purchased. Multiple emails to CashApp customer support resulted in nothing but statements that they are not responsible and the loss of $630 is entirely my fault without recourse.
Suggested solution:
1. Apologize for blaming their customer. 2. Refund the disputed transaction.
