My complaint:
Over 2 weeks ago my account (fully verified) got blocked for withdraws. I was asked to hand in Pictures and different video to proof that I own account. I did.
After that I was asked the same over and over again with no progress. Now the customer support does not reply at all just sends me every second day a link to a webpage that cannot accessed – because it redirects directly to Binance mainpage. So I get no chance to appeal for withdraw and no support at all.
Suggested solution:
1. Fix Binance Webpage to do the appeal properly
2. A customer Support that assists and helps customer instead of a timed bot
3. check the handed in videos and proofs and then just give the accoint free agan or send at least the money to the also approved bank account that belongs to the approved Binance account
