My complaint:
I book a flight to go to austria, due to visa not getting at the right time, I have to recedule my date,when I call the edream they told me they will keep my ticket as a voucher, now I need to fly I’m told that it is not possible to rebook ticket, I call them and they promise me that they will excelate my issue to their senior after few minutes I receive the email saying it is not possible to rebook my ticket, when I call swiss airline they told me my ticket is still open, can you help me please. My booking reference is 8680342238.the eDreams is playing with me.Rose
