My complaint:
On April 6th I’ve made a wire transfer of R$ 1.200,00 (around US$ 210,00) to my Binance account.
Even though the money was debited on my bank account the money has never arrived to my Binance account so far.
I’ve been chating with the Support however I still don’t have my money available.
All I’m asked to do is wait, what I’m doing for six days so far.
Suggested solution:
Turn my money available in my Binance account or return the wire transfer they've received.
