My complaint:

I tried for 3 months to get someone to work with me explain to them on how I get a check on 15 of the month to see if they will work with me it’s hard to keep paying reconnect fees plus my bill every month I have a 2 yr old that needs breathing machine 4 times a day and I have two 7 yr olds that I need to het for but I haven been able to do anything because my money is going for reconnect fees and rest of power bill

I want them to work with me and let me make my payment on 15 of month and stop having to pay reconnect fee because they don\\\\\\\'t want to work with me it\\\\\\\'s hard and I having to let my kids go without because I am having to pay reconnect fees every month because they choose not to work or help someone out
