My complaint:

Respected Moon Active Team,

Myself Dhanish Jain, currently on 8th on Global LeaderBoard of ur Game Coin Master.

Last Week I was removed from my VIP group, and Blocked by Mia, my VIP Manager, she even Blocked me on Her Private Chat. No Reason, nothing was explained to me why this was been Done to me.

I have spent a Hell lot of Money on ur Game and with all my Hard work and Dedication towards ur Game, I managed to Reached on 8th Position on Global Leaderboard.

Today they have Reset my Account. Taken all my Stars, taken all my Cards.

I have no idea why they did this to me after spending so much Money.

Now I have no chance to reach 1st, as I have been removed from VIP status.

Is this the way U treat ur High Pay Members???
Is this the way U want me to bring down on Global LeaderBoard???
Is there anykind of Dictatorship going on within ur Game by Old Players on Global LeaderBoard???

Not Fair, not fair at all what is done to me.

I request U all Moon Active Team to look into my Matter and pls reinstate my VIP status with immidiate effect and also Please give back my Stars and my Cards and make my Account as it was today morning.

Expecting Prompt Response from Ur Team and From U as well.
