My complaint:
Brand new washer came Jan 2021! Last Sunday washed one load and second load not so good the washer failed to wash clothes!. Now I called to get service. Repair service scheduled 8am to 12pm! Didn’t come till 12:10pm! Made me late for work. Any how washer down since Sunday and is STILL down cause I thought this repair service can fix it! Shows up in a car has no parts just looks at and says the drive system is bad I have to order parts!. I questioned it all he said I’ll call when parts come in!? Really how long is this going to take!? Or if they even have the damn parts to fix it!
Suggested solution:
I think we should get a new washer like it or an up graded one!
