My complaint:

I had a flight booked from Dublin to Prague on the 1432020 at 1.40pm. Day before I got an email giving me the opportunity to change the flight if I decide don´t travel. I started following the instructions, trying doing this in my reservations, but online system wasn´t working. Tried the chat online and waited 3hour in front of computer on the 1332020 more 2hours on the 1432020. In the end I decided to go to the airport took a big queue and finaly changed my flights.
I changed first, Dublin to Prague, where originally I paid €150,99, they told me the price is €129 because the extras doesn´t count to do the change. Just in this I lost €20, after the flight was cheaper than the original and I lost more €20 because they don´t give refund.
The second flight changed was from Prague to Dublin on the 1832020 that I paid €154,32 and again they told me that is just have around €130 that is the price of the flight excluing the extras. In this one was more expensive I paid extra €36,24.
Where is an equity in this process? Is that right doing this in a time like this? And send emails saying We removed the flight change fee until Tuesday, March 31?
And more, needs to go to airport queue to sort this out, nowadays? When they are appealing to stay at home to don´t spread the vírus?
And having to hear from the assistant things like: if you want it that way, perfect, otherwise the airport is about to lockdown and then you will receive nothing. Is a tottaly disrespect for the customer!!

Suggested solution:

Send a voucher for the total amount paid and give the permission to book online without the mess of being in a queue.
More than the money I am complaining about attitudes!!
