My complaint:
I applied for a customer service representative though ziprecruter. I was contacted by Contemporary Staffing in Philadelphia. I was told to take a online test, passed it. I was told to come in for a interview, did that. I was told to wait for they will contact IBX, they did I had a interview at IBX. I was told to wait if they chose me they would let me know, they did. I was told to come in and take a drug test , I passed. I filled out personal information papers, example I9, Information about if I received benefits from the government etc. I was told the class will start on September 30, 2019.Then 2 weeks before the class was suppose to start I was called and told that IBX has cancelled the class and no further classes will be scheduled. This whole process took over 2 to 3 months. I turned down several interviews because this was promised. Please help me is this legal
