My complaint:
I ordered 6 items on April 21st. I have received one item. I have tried at least 5-8 times to get customer service to answer my repeated attempts to find out where the rest of my order is. I received a couple emails saying that my items shipped on 4-21-20, really, how did they ship it, on the back of turtle??? When I go to my tracking for each item, it just says its on its way and blame COVID, some of the items say they will arrive in July?? I paid $16.00 just for shipping, total order was $75.71. I received an item that cost $8.55, the rest is still outstanding.

Get me my items or give me my money back including shipping,
