My complaint:
My name is Anoop and i am customer of virgin from 4 years.yesterday i changed from virgin to mobile because virgin charge me couple of times extra than my usual bill and everytime i phoned the care team and they erase my extra bill.today i got a call from virgin loyalty team agent sheela she offer me a better deal and cancel my connection.As she mentioned when i go to the virgin store i get a new phone and i live in dawson and there is no shop for virgin so i drive 150kms away and when i come to the store they cheated and they offer the regular plan and they wasted all my day
