My complaint:
I booked two flights on the 27 of September 2019 this year from Newman WA to Perth terminal I pay the flights though my debt card what was 700to 800 but apparently me and my misuse just missed our flight only about 1 second after the booking just closed which we was very upset especially me cause I lost out 700800 dollars only to be let down more when the vigin flights attendance told us that we couldn’t aborde the flight cause we just missed the booking by 1 second which we already paid our tickets for the flight we told to rebook our flight also pay again for our flight cause they said it wasn’t refundable and now I won’t to be refunded now please
Suggested solution:
I\\\'m very upset with vigin airlines for they misleading information i won\\\'t to be refunded asap cause I don\\\'t won\\\'t this matter going to court Just refund what is own to me please.
