My complaint:
My 10 year old son was having a zoom meeting with another 10yo and suddenly others were joining their private meeting using video and done just audio. These other accounts were using profanities and then posting pornography exposing my 10yo son to these videos! I am horrified and will be contacting my solicitor tomorrow – we have a video recording. My sons innocence has been stolen today and a chat platform Iv trusted and used for many business meetings has managed to do this to my son in spite of all of our security and protection efforts professionally installed on the computer. I am utterly disgusted.
