My complaint:
WHY IS THIS STORE CLOSING AT 5PM SINCE JULY? MAYBE A NEW MANAGER THAT KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING INSTEAD OF STANDING BEHIND REGISTER AND EATING?? VERY INAPPROPRIATE!!
Suggested solution:
Why does this store continue to close at 5pm and cash isn't accepted? Why would a district manager let this happen. People need things after work and aren't able to go to this store? This has been happening since July or August. Very poor customer service and long lines. The store looks like crap and manager does nothing about it?
