My complaint:

please please read this red deer and area
“red deer buffet” north end across from parkland mall.
abuses there staff as i witnessed this twice in a short time.
also abusive to customers, as it happened to me a few minuets ago.
i will never return ever
i love the things i order and enjoy there food.
amanada the owner is a horrible person .
i entered at 11:10
stood there for ten minuets
the wonderful lady filling the buffet steam tables tried to help me and reminded amamda i was there. i stood there another five minutes
the lady at the steam tables told me to write down my order on the paper shown to me. so i did
i wrote all three down
put the price down
added them plus the gst i would owe.
i gave this to the lady who was trying to help me,
still no amanda
a couple minutes later she came out yelling in her native tongue. came to the desk and proceeded to yell at me that i used the wrong paper to write my order on then charged me for my food as i had wrote it.
then continued to yell at me regarding the paper used
i finally was upset enough
i told her it isnt my job to write down my own order, or my job o add it up and add gst and total it.
to stop blaming the poor lady who did help me for trying to do her bosses job
also not to speak to me as she was and id never be back.
she continues to be rude to me
and i heard her yelling at this lady who actually helped me.
im disgusted with amanda the owner
i feel sorry for the staff there
i will never support that business again and would rather eat any fast food place other than there.
sick to death on how i was treated and how she treats her staff
her name is amanda the owner of this buffet.

Not sure. I’ve never felt abused like that sense I was married
