My complaint:
On 03022019 I had a slip and fall leaving shade tree, which caused me to dislocation to my left arm. I was in severe pain. 911 was called but at the time a ambulance was there. Starting with them made me feel uncomfortable. They took forever just to pull off. Telling me I need to stop hollering do to my pain. The words they expressed really disturbed me. At this time it was around 9:15am so I made it to valley hospital. Still in server pain. Which took 3 hrs all together just to get pain medicine. So then they x-ray the arm and finally seen the dislocation that’s when finally I received faster service after 3 hours. Within the 3 hrs of pain and suffering. I heard slurs and laughs I’m about my condition at this point I am mentally abused and Disturbed and at this point I still am. I can’t believe hospital can be so cruel to a injured patient. I will never step foot in that hospital if it was the last one standing.
Suggested solution:
Applying caring and passionate staff. Quicker service. Don\'t go by a thought if what thy think a be prepared for what is real.
