My complaint:

I paid $49.45 for a package to be delivered overnight. It was lost never got to my g-daughter. This was sent overnight 51819 I had to send cash by Western Union at another cost of $50.00 more dollars. Ups is giving me the run around . I cancelled the credit card that was in package after 2 weeks waiting for delivery. I feel Ups owes me $100.00 that I have been out for mail

Suggested solution:

I feel UPS owes me $100.00 or more for what I paid for in delivery of package that was lost by them and wasting my time.
