My complaint:
I have booked a collection with ups for my laptop to be send to acer. The staff I spoke to over the phone regarding this booking were really friendly and helpful.
I am disgusted by the attitude of the driver. He was such an arrogant prick who has no manners, people skills or whatsoever. I have his name as well. Lee, that’s the name of that prick.
I would recommend using some other parcel companies
