My complaint:
Pay pal have refused a payment to a Business I deal with despite the fact I have money in the Bank to pay for my goods. They claim I have reached my limit to pay for goods. I pay by Pay pal using my Bank account knowing full well I have funds available.
Desired solution:
Pay pal to increase my limit. They say this is quite easy to do, and I have tried to do this on the internet, with no success. After spending one and a half hours on the phone at 7p per minute I gave not at all happy. Please can you do something about it.
