My complaint:

I have completed the council’s complaints procedure and my case went to an independent appeals reconsideration tribunal on 05092018 and I have heard nothing since have went onto councils website to ask for an update and have just been ignored

Desired solution:

To have my both awarded benefits reinstated and backdated to date of last payments 27052018 as in a severe financial hardship situation in rent arrears and face eviction
