My complaint:

I have been working for foodlion for about three weeks now. I’m very serious about my performance to be on time and work hard. I’m so serious about my performance and to be on time that i get up every morning and walk my kids to the ymca leave the ymca and walk to foodlion. Well today i got called into the office by my deli manager and he stated that he has had complaints about me talking back (not anywhere near the truth) so i asked who said that shockingly because im the most respectful person at work i do as im told so that never happen and he told me he couldnt reveal that information. Then to top it off he adds i have trouble following simple instructions. And he gives me until the end of the week to improve. Now this is all a shock to me because i was doing more than well in the deli not to mention being trained four different ways by four different people EVERYDAY! And it wasn’t even by the book. So after that i quit because now i know instead of firing me i was basically being pushed to quit! After i left out the building i had a talk with a manager and a employee that all the black people are pushed to quit and i have it all on recording. My work was great my attendance was great so i was lied on and called in for no reason

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

If you look at the history in that deli you would see that something is going on and employees are not being trained the way the should! Im highly upset and no employee should be treated and lied on like that
