My complaint:

There have been some fraulent chargedscheme involved, stolen cards and unauthorized transactions on my HSBC account. I already reported to the internet law enforcement and also made a police report number 18-049370. However, HSBC still did not assist me further as according the Federal State Laws as Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1968 and Fair Credit Billing Act.

Not only that HSBC did not follow the laws and failed to deliverprovide the promised under the card disclosures. HSBC ignored my claims, hidden my consumer rights, misled me and even closed my credit card and debit card without notifying me, neither put my closed account in writing after very late. I was treated unfairly and HSBC is definitly showing misrepresented, misled and fraudulent activities which caused my damages in many ways. Because they made me feel that my rights were not covered and they claimed that no way and no where I could get my transactions card under protections by federalstate laws. So they made me admited and forced me that I had to pay for all of my fraulent unauthorized transactions.

Suggested solution:

HSBC needs to follow the Federal Law as Consumer Credit Protection Act of 1968 and Fair Credit Billing Act, as please credit ALL of my disputed fraulent charged amounts back to my credit card account and checking account ASAP.

If HSBC still declining my claim, my next step will be filing a small claim and legal lawsuit against HSBC.
