My complaint:
My mother was admitted to the South Big Horn County hospital unfortunately to diabetes and the effects of it. There were two nurses Teresa and Tracy who were very we z unkind to my mom. Continue to ignore her needs and laughed when they made my mom who went in there because she was unable to walk walk to the front desk just for something so simple as a toothbrush. They continue to divert my calls and my sisters calls to my mom to random voice mail of other employees throughout the hospital as a joke. They degraded and demeaned my mom because of the scars on her body from the diabetes and laughed at the front desk amongst other nurses loud enough so my mother could hear in her room down the hall. Something needs to be done and clearly they are in the wrong profession
Suggested solution:
They need to be reviewed and placed in a different department away from patients. I\'m so concerned that if they\'re making my mom feel this kind of way how many other people\'s family members are they doing this to is not right.
