My complaint:
Ordered combo 3 Double quarter ponder meal.
Meat was way undercooked. Traveled back to get it replaced only to receive a frozen Double quarter pounder. I refuse to return to get refund. This location has been going down hill, the past few years with customer service. This is a whole other level. This seems to be the new trend the location on linden and Springfield is the same. I can now say my family and I are no longer customer of the franchise.
Suggested solution:
More training on customer service and food preparation. Before someone gets seriously sick.
