My complaint:
My name is Norwood King, My address is 2761 Howard Road, Waxahachie, Texas. 75165. My phone no. is 2142807975. I ordered check valves in August, 2020. They were never delivered to my address according to the tracking data. I have contacted Customer Support several times. Each time my request for Wish to reorder the check valves has been denied. I have said that I am not interested in a refund. All I want is what I ordered and paid for.
Suggested solution:
Simply, reorder the check valves and deliver the order to my address.
