My complaint:

I placed an order for a drone back in early May 2020 and as yet have not received it. every time a ask for delivery up date they keep pushing it out and refuse to give me a refund . It is now late August and still no drone almost five months later. How long do you wait before they realise it’s not going to arrive.?
