My complaint:
Someone is using my VISA card to order from Uber Eats. This person is not authorized to use my card. I myself have never used Uber Eats so I wouldn’t even know how it is done. I only used the transportation once for a ride to a doctor’s appointment. How can I put a stop to this use? I’m 81 years old and do not eat takeout food at all. I eat a can of soup and that’s good enough for me at this stage of my life.
Suggested solution:
Cancel the use of this card. Have a system initiated to identify if the user is the owner of the card and authorized to use it.
