My complaint:

On the 190719 EE collected unauthorized money form my bank account that caused me the reason for not be able to pay my other bills. My family and I see now been deprived tremendously. My tv and broadband have now been restricted because of insufficient fund in my account caused by EE withdrawing an amount you should not have withdrawn. My kids are now been restricted from there games,I have been unable to submit my exams due th no broadband or internet restriction for non payment.
I am now suffering and struggling since 19-07-19.

You depriving me and breached your trust and put me into serious stress. Your actiom can also been seen as theft.

You have 5 working days to respond to this email or I will be left with no option but to seek legal advice and I will not hesitate to take legal action against EE.
