Complaint: Unable to see Netflix coz of an error

My complaint:

I have two TV’s in my house.
The bigger tv when switched throws up an error Netflix has encountered an error: retrying in 30 seconds. Code:
In d same tv I can view movies in Amazon Prime video so also Disney Hotstar.
This is happening for the last two days.
In the second Tv which I mentioned above,I can view Netflix movies !!!!
