Four Oaks Family and Children Services complaint: Un fair treatnent

My complaint:

My son sleeps on a floor on a matress.they took all his stuff away not letting him earn back.they let a peer boss him around..staff is rude to him they play favorites a staff fell asleep and he had sex with a peer nothing got done about it but staff fire.lost his stuff.he been without a towel for months i had to bring him one.my son gets mis treated all the time.he has to suffer in pain alot.

Suggested solution:

Have meeting with head person who runs four oaks of my conerns nothing gets done when comes to my child he last for everything.
