U-staff.com complaint: Not returning my calls and after paid upfront for employment not responding

My complaint:

I paid up for a service to this company manager as described his name and phone number on the website for obtaining services for jobs and work permit contracts in Poland and Lithuania, now the personnel don’t communicate and provide no services at all as committed after the estimated time over.

Suggested solution:

I want to get a refund from them as soon as possible.
