My complaint:
I was in Ollies store in Lavale, MD on April 8th to buy laminate flooring. I was there a couple days earlier and was informed they would have a new shipment on Thursday and to come back in that day. So on Thursday I came back into the store and saw they had no new shipments. Anyways, only a few boxes were available but had been opened and damaged by previous customers. The head manager stated I could receive a 20 percent discount off of seven boxes (if there were enough to make up seven boxes sorting out good from damaged ones). The store clerk went through each box to inspect the good from the bad flooring pieces. I waited about an hour and 15 minutes for him to do this. He was very helpful and did a good job. A second manager came by and said that I would receive no discount. Really put things in a pissy mood. Ollies managers are unprofessional and can’t be trusted.

Keep your word to the customer.
