My complaint:

i work 100 miles from where i live and left one of my greendot cards at home when i went to transfer money from then card i left at home i forgot password the online service locked me out i called talked a guy he said he could not transfer money from one card to another assured me that ihe would expidite a new card same number overnite wich never happened the guy lied about the card number and overnite
i call next day talk to a lady that tells me im in line for call back in 24 hours and my card will take 3days to get and its 15 charge they cqan take 15 dollars from my card but cant transfer my money to another green dot card
3days no access to me money i call again and was told that my call back will be 48hours now and a new card on its way no transfer no help no money i am furious now and broke they will not give me access to my money then tell me several different stories on what they are not gonna do for me
