My complaint:
On 852021, I transferred $5000.00 from my 360 Money Market…4283 to an external account (Hampton Roads Educators’ Credit Union, xxxxxx0001). The amount did not arrive at the credit union as of today, 8162021.
I did receive an email from Capital One, giving me the ation 256. I tried to report the problem via phone (1-888-464-0727). They said the HRECU account number was invalid.
When I I tried to manage my external accounts at capital one, no such accounts ere available. The contact information does not refer to my problem.
If there is any additional information needed, let me know.

Either return the $5000.00 to my Money Market account OR deposit $5000.00 into my credit union savings account,
