My complaint:
I had purchased 3 months of a spyware app to watch out for my 14year old son who was being bullied. The only thing this app does is give me scrambled photos and messages in code if anything at all. I requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase. I was told their staff would look into my claims. I was then told the photos I sent were not screenshots from my child’s phone. This company is horrible and bogus. I want my $70 returned
Suggested solution:
I requested a refund 5 times already and I would like them to honor that request die to the fact their service is NOT as described at all!

If I do not get a 100% refund, I will be sharing my entire experience here including the entire thread.
If they honor their refund, I will not post it here and will put a good note about my experience. They have offered to give me a 100.00 refund, but this is completely out of my control.
PLUS….they can’t even get their service to work on my phone.
I will update if they decide to give me a 100% refund or or.
