My complaint:
They do not deserve a star. DO NOT BUY from these people. I paid them in full on April 19, 2019. I am constantly getting the run around about getting my title. They have their money and legally I am entitled to my title. At this point, I want my money back and they can have their van back. the crazy part is I purchased a suv in 2017 and had one problem, paying for my emissions because they don’t. They were late on getting my tag to me and paid a late fee to the state. The same here, they did not do emissions, but did give me my money back. Tag was late again. Now I am having a problem getting my title after paying them in full.
Suggested solution:
After multiple calls and lies, I want my money back.
