Complaint: TOO many fees, misleading, lost investment, rude worker

My complaint:

I invested $5,000 with Nadex. I earned profit and my account went up to $21,000. I paid tax and commission totalling 8,000. Then i paid numerous refundable fees for large dollar amounts. When the company asked for 12,000 i was out of money. It was a refundable fee but still was afraid to pay because its a ton to lose. My account value reached 43,000 because of so many refundable fees. Why collect a fee if its refundable. I lost a ton of money because the company puts a time limit on how soon you pay the fees. They were also very nasty to me sending mean messages at 2 am. I ran out of time to pay my last fee so i lost all the money i put in. I should get a refund.

I would like a refund of all the money i gave them. They did not indicate beforehand that there are fees to get your profit. Its false advertising. They say you cant lose your money, too. False. Im losing my entire investment.
