My complaint:
This is an absolute nightmare.
The events have messed us all up in one way or another. We are all owed thousands of spins throughout the groups we are in. We have put endless amounts of money into your game for what? To be messed about at every opportunity you guys can take.
Best example is a good friend of many of ours and I dare say you will get this complaint from thousands but here is mine
Dhanish Jain had his vip status taken away from him after he has spent more than £12,000 on this game. He has had no explanation as to why this has happened. Now his star count has lost more than 37,000 stars, all his cards sets and pets have been reset, and now he was been removed from the global leader board. I will no longer spend on this game until his account has been reinstated.
Suggested solution:
I would like Dhanish’s account reinstated fully with his vip status back and I would like you to start reimbursing some players their spins back
